Jocotillo House Build
There are so many needs in this area of Guatemala. The orphanage partners with a local pastor to build a simple 12x12 metal shelter for these families. The cost per house is trivial for most of us, $850, but is a something most in this valley could never afford surviving on only $5 a day for the entire family. Meeting a basic need of shelter transforms lives like you cannot imagine.
